SMART MIRROR
Digital mirror with telemedicine integration
This device belongs to the first of its kind, which fits and actively
supports a new area of complex assistive technologies, the so-called Emotional
assistance.
This term was first defined and described by the company
HIGH TECH PARK a.s. (see.htpark.eu).
It is a robotic device that can be remotely controlled using conventional devices
IT elements (mobile phone, tablet, PC…) without any complicated installation.
AVAROB exists in two versions:
AVAROB(M)-Manual
AVAROB(D)-Drive
AVAROB(M) Equipment without electric motor enabling self-movement.
AVAROB (D) The electric motor and powerful battery make it safe,
all-day operation of this facility at the site.
The device is connected to the network via WiFi. The battery is charging
using the “docking station”, which AVAROB drives into.
In addition to the basic monitor and microphone, the system can also be upgraded with additional display unit, cameras, telemedicine sensors and sensors
touch.
The basic principle of using this device lies in the possibility of direct,
two-way on-line communication between the device, respectively. the person holding him it uses it and the person who controls it, or other, distant people.
These people can very easily be "remotely" invited by a person, that controls AVAROB.
In addition to on-line communication, the recording can be activated eg.
instructional films, therapies, songs, movies, photo presentations, etc.,
respectively. any multimedia content.
Another option is the activation of home telemedicine sensors for collection
of current medical values and their subsequent evaluation.
The system uses a specially created algorithm to pass on to the user
AVAROBU set of emotional, therapeutic and medical pulses, according to the set time schedule.
Thanks to these impulses, there is a strong positive influence users - people who are at risk of exposure due to their life situation longer-term psychological traumas and their associated effects, especially worse overall psyche and fluctuating health.
From the tests performed so far in a particular deployment, we noticed
very positive results.
Together with scientific workplaces and universities (Czech Republic and
Malaysia) we are preparing several scientific studies to prove of these assumptions. More at www.oaat.cz.
